    • Naree's partners with reputed national courier services to ensure safe and quick product delivery.
  • Shipping Charges

    • Free shipping within India for orders above ₹999.
    • A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Delivery Timeline

    • Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days.
    • Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM (excluding public holidays and Sundays).
    • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays.
  • Tracking Information

    • Once shipped, an email will be sent with tracking details, including the courier's website and tracking number.
    • Tracking numbers may take 24-48 business hours to become active on the courier's website.
  • Address Change Policy

    • Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing nareesfashionhouse1@gmail.com.
    • Address changes are allowed only if the shipment has stayed on the premises and the new location is within the same state.
  • Special Delivery Requests

    • Customers can request a specific delivery date by mentioning it in the message box while placing the order.
    • If no specific delivery date is provided, the package will be delivered at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • Failed Delivery

    • If the recipient is unavailable or refuses the package, no refund, credit, or re-shipment will be provided.
  • Customer Responsibility

    • Full and accurate shipping addresses, including PIN/ZIP codes, must be provided during checkout.
    • Naree's is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Shipping of Multiple Orders

    • Multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability and shipping locations.
    • All products are shipped from Bangalore, India.
  • Delays in Shipping

    • Shipping times mentioned on the website are indicative and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • In cases of delay, customers will be notified via email.
    • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided due to delays; however, benefits such as store credit or free gifts may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
